Fred’s work has consistently focused on situations where technology alone is not enough: it must be translated into a viable business model, an investable proposition and an organisation capable of delivering. His experience spans early-stage ventures, international scale-ups, investment transactions, corporate innovation and development finance.
A French citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident, he works internationally across Asia, Europe and North America, with extensive experience in emerging markets.

Trained as an aerospace engineer, with early work at NASA and Caltech on climate and environmental research. This technical foundation still shapes how Fred assesses technology, evidence and execution risk.
Founded and led ReEx Capital Asia, a clean-energy investment banking and advisory platform in Singapore, and advised companies, investors, governments and development-finance institutions across emerging Asia.
Co-founded BeeBryte and served as Co-CEO and CFO, helping turn an AI-driven energy optimisation technology into an international business through product development, fundraising, commercial scale-up and governance.
Created Confluence Insight Advisory to combine operator, finance and technology perspectives—turning that breadth into practical action without the layers of a traditional consulting model.
